– Cleanse area
– Exfoliate with Anti-Cellulite Coffee Scrub Gel
– Rinse carefully with water
– Apply MuscleLIFT Body Muscle Lifts Gel until completely absorbed. You can also use at this time Radiofrequency, Ultrasound, etc.
– Remove patches from envelope
– Remove protective foil
– Apply patches on the buttocks
