At SlimSpaOnline, we are committed to the satisfaction of our professional customers. We understand the importance of quality in pharmaceutical-grade products for spas and clinics.
Eligible Products for Return:
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging
Returns within 14 days of receipt
Defective or damaged products during shipping (no time limit)
NON-Eligible Products:
Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Sale or clearance items (except manufacturing defects)
Customized or private label products
Return Process:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Wait for return authorization (RMA) before shipping
Ship the product in its original packaging with all included materials
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
Refund will be applied to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in case of our error or defective product)
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective products or shipping errors
Defective or Damaged Products:
Free replacement or full refund
We cover all shipping costs
Notify within 48 hours of receiving the product
