The Palmitoyl trideca peptide inhibits and blocks the melanogenesis induced by external factors. Pigmentation by internal factors: The Palmitoyl Octapeptide inhibits the gene expression of the enzyme Tironase caused by internal factors. Tyrosinase is an enzyme that catalyzes / increases the production of melanin. Oligepeptide-51 stimulates the signaling pathway to block melanin synthesis by regulating the MITF gene and consequently reducing tyrosinase expression.
